2 Month DMAA/DMHA Reflection
Post Body

I have recently began consuming dmaa/dmha (Crack Products by Dark Labs) and wanted to leave my two centsā€¦ Iā€™m a big boy but highly sensitive to consuming substances. I jumped into DMAA/DMHA on my first use with ~100 mg. It was way too much for me. I couldnā€™t easily workout that day because my heart rate was so high that it was a concern. I didnā€™t feel super drugged but didnā€™t feel great either. A few days later I took my dose down 33~ mg. This was much better and a good ā€œsweet spotā€ for my workout. After a week more or less of this dosage, I found myself wanting to split my dose and take it twice a day to prolong the effects. I liked this a bit too much and instead of taking bi-daily I was soon consuming by the day, despite my efforts not to. Days I wouldnā€™t consume I did absolutely nothing. Iā€™d want nothing more to do than lay in my bed on days Iā€™d try to not consume. After a month of this battle I mixed my dmaa/dmha pre workouts with lower quality pre workout to keep a better balance. This worked for 3 weeks or so. I eventually found myself dependent again. During deep dependency I was often extremely anxious, sad and low energy. I have somehow now had about a week off and Iā€™m finally starting to feel happy again. Itā€™s a scary thing for me to have in my closetā€¦ I assume I should throw it away. If you find consuming anything (caffeine, Benedryl, THC, etc) to be a much stronger feeling than your peers do, I would personally suggest to stay away from these products. :/ just my two cents famā€¦.
