I just started taking working out serious three days ago. I’m currently 5’6 roughly 200 pounds 27yo. I’ve been sticking to a keto diet the last three days and doing cardio on my off days and today is the first day I go in with a PT. I’ll be doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I’m wondering if maybe there is some supplements I may wanna look into for beginners and maybe a different style diet. Just exploring possibilities. Thank you
You’re not rude it’s pretty much facts. Should I look into caffeine pills or something?
