Does anyone know what this might imply? When in season 4 Wren tells Mona he knows she stopped taking her meds. Does this mean she is still evil? It is when he's asking her why she turned herself in for Wilden's murder and she says because she wanted to help out the girls. Also here it seems as if Wren is either working with Charlotte or with Ezra since he would act shady. For example when Spencer was in Radley in season 3 and Eddie Lamb wanted to take a book to her room, Wren stopped him. This was when she sneaked out to kidnap Malcom.
