If man united won another champions league, would they get the champs league patch with the number 4 on it?

I know this isn’t really a premier league question but it’s an English team in question. Of course teams who won it 5 times or more get the numbers displayed on their kits in European games, but Ajax has their 4 displayed as well due to their 3 in a row feat. It just doesn’t make sense tho that if man united or inter win another one, they won’t get the number 4 patch yet Ajax would?
