What’s something you see on social media about your club that annoys you?
Post Body

When I say this, I mean certain takes you see among the average person or media account on twitter, Instagam and Reddit not from analyst/pundits

For me, it has to be the entire “Tottenham doesn’t have any trophies” discourse. Not only is it wrong but it’s also an overdone joke. The sad part is, 99% of the people that say this are serious and it really goes to show how many people have very little knowledge about football as a whole. I guarantee if you do a poll, most people likely don’t know that Tottenham was the first club to win a European trophy.

It’s really hard to have a conversation about your club or football in general because the person is either a troll or they genuinely have the worst take and I think Twitter is to blame for this.

I imagine most fans can do it for their own club so it's always interesting to hear some from other teams.

Some spurs facts include: we were the first and only non league team to ever win the FA cup, first club to win the league and cup double after the league was expanded to the entire country (Preston won it while the southern/London teams still played in a separate league). And Spurs were the first English club to win a European trophy.

We may not have won much recently but spurs have a lot of firsts.

Even if Spurs had won that game to win the league I think Leicester just needed one win from their last 2 games (possibly even it was they needed two draws) and that's assuming spurs won both of theirs. There was a game spurs drew to west brom a couple of weeks before the Chelsea game, that was the game where Leicester won the league.

I fully expect it would be the same if we won the fa cup, conference league or Europa League too.

Especially in a thread like this, even when we're talking about stupid Twitter narratives somehow they are still getting downvoted for stating a complete true fact about how many trophies spurs have.
