If I want to do the training which is every other day with the 1 finger method, but my partner wants to fool around one day how does that effect my training?
If it’s on the day I’m supposed to masturbate do I just have sex and then wait until the next time and continue my training?
And if it’s on the day I’m not supposed to masturbate am I supposed to skip the next time I’m supposed to masturbate then start up again the next day after that?
