I want to share what I'm currently doing that seems to give me faster results than before.
SPOILER ALERT: haven't tried it with sex yet but fleshlight sessions are indicating that I'm improving at a much faster pace than before.
Daily:
- Combined 30 mins of "garland pose" (aka malasana pose aka hindu squat)
- 2x 5-10 mins of the "bottle trick"
- Fleshlight usage in the shower
- Visualization before sleep
As often as possible:
- Full body stretches with focus on hips, groin, abs, hammies, etc
- Hip thrusts and kettlebell swings
So this sounds like a lot but its actually very easy to incorporate these things into your daily routine.
30 mins of squatting:
I have previously been doing squats for like 4-5 mins total. I recently got shown this youtuber who did a 30 mins a day challenge for a month. It sounds like a lot but you can split it up throughout your day. I made a rule for myself that when I'm at home, I'm only allowed to use my phone while being down in a squat position. I also try to at least do 5-10 of those minutes while being erect because I feel like this gives me a much better stretch.
2x 5-10 mins of the "bottle trick"
Very easy to get 5 mins in in the morning and 5 minutes before sleep. You can just close your eyes and be very mindful about it so its some kind of mindfulness exercise as well.
Fleshlight usage in the shower
This is what I've incorporated only the last few days but its such a crucial part. I always felt like its a bit annoying to get the flesh light out, get lube out, clean it again afterwards, be depressed when you come in it ,etc. - but using it in the shower is a great way to minimize all those friction points. I did this the 3rd day in a row and to my surprise I could almost do "normal" strokes with it whereas before I would just be able to go reeeaallyyy slow and shallow. Fleshlight is just absolutely essential to get used to the sensation and to see if you're making progress. Don't worry if you fail, you're learning!
Visualization before sleep
Underrated part, but I used to have troubles just IMAGINING myself lasting long. It starts in the mind and theres no way I'll ever get better if in my mind I'm still an early ejaculator. Look up "Neville Goddard" and his manifestation techniques.
Kegels/RK: I don't actively do reverse or normal kegels. I try to belly breath most of the time so this basically gives me a reverse kegel with every breath. I don't do regular kegels but started to incorporate kettlebell swings and hip thrusts into my gym routine in order to strengthen my pelvic floor without having to do kegels per-se.
Once again - I'm really hopeful that I'm on the right track. I think I've been on the right track for quite some time now but just with a slow pace - this feels like it will give me results faster.
And for the first time in months, I feel like I want to try out sex again and give it a shot!
