Long term use SSRIs, Tramadol and other solutions
Post Body

Hi all,

I know many things work for people, but I’m curious to hear about their experiences with those solutions long term.

For example, when I started with Paroxetine many years ago, it did wonders for some time but it eventually stopped being effective for PE (I guess I developed tolerance). When I decided to completely get off of it, my PE came back with a vengeance, meaning it got even worse than before I started taking it. Also eventually the side effects caught up on me and I was tired of feeling tired and with brain fog. Getting off was harsh, but honestly that pill ended up just dragging me down and making me feel pretty bad.

I’m at a point that I’m weighting starting Tramadol, as it’s the only thing I haven’t tried, but I’m worried if something similar might happen in the long run or how dangerous it might be for my body.

So long term users of SSRIs, Tramadol and other things out there, can you tell us what your experience has been and if anything you’re taking has been effective for more than 2 years of taking it?

I’m 34 and I’m at a really low point right now, so need to figure out what approach to try next.

Thanks
