Okay so I’ve struggled with cumming quickly for the past several months. It’s kinda weird because I can actually last a little while with BJ’s. But when I’m having sex, the longest I’ve lasted on Round 1 was a few minutes. Last time I was with my girl, I lasted basically less than a minute. I have tried lidocaine and yes it helps a lot! But it also numbs, and can make it really challenging to get hard. So the problem changed a bit. Also it can taste bad for your girl, and it can be awkward to excuse yourself to go put it on or to wipe it off. But yes Lidocaine does work, if you can get hard.
I found this sub and started doing Fap training. I think I’ve only done about six sessions maybe. I’m seeing some positive results. I’m also doing Kegals and Reverse Kegals—but not when fap training.
Okay so today actually went pretty well! I downloaded a metronome app and set it for very slow—30 beats per minute. Yes that is ridiculously slow, I know. Also I had dinner before and two tequila drinks.
So I noticed this time I actually didn’t have trouble getting past about 5 minutes—that’s an improvement for me. Usually even when I go pretty slow (with my hand) I’m starting to get that feeling in my Kegals that I’m getting close. This time I didn’t feel anything close to that at the 5 minute mark.
I found it really tough to go so slow, but I think it’s a good place for me to be right now. All told, I started having to stop and pause a lot after maybe 8 minutes. And by 15 minutes I was easily getting to the edge. But the good news is I reached 15 minutes!!
That’s progress! I think I’ll continue to try to train this way and at this pace for about a week, then maybe I can increase the pace by about 10-20% the following week. Ideally i would like to also have fewer instances where I have to stop and pause.
One other thing I tried tonight was I used a massage gun on my taint, trying to work my kegal muscles and release tension prior to training.
