essentially all this combined while self practice eg self pleasuring i found after 20-40 minutes i could move closer and closer to directly stimulating the glans with more consistent strokes and tighter pressure

the theory is essentially you’re teaching your body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system while stimulated to delay ejaculation instead of the sympathetic nervous system which signals its time to let loose. the HRV breathing and humming do this. the biaural beats with headphones hopefully address that chakral center regarding sexual pleasure. and the reverse kegal is to de-trigger the automatic clinching of a kegal

the free HRV meditation which i love is called Resonate Breathing by Forest Knuttson. for ios it’s https://apps.apple.com/us/app/resonant-breathing/id1568058013 i start at 5 breaths per minute at the 20:80 ratio cause the extended exhalation activates the vagus nerve eg the rest and digest parasympathetic nervous system.

all and all i intend to do this daily during every self pleasure practice. i also practice retention so i never release at that end.

the goal will be to have it so that stimulating the glans results in a relaxed or reversed kegal until i can eventually apply as much pressure as i want going as fast as i want probably using a flesh light towards the end. hopefully by then it’ll carry over to a partner

update: do squats starting body weight then goblet if you got it. go slow downwards as far as you can go feet shoulder width apart. try not to rest at the bottom so hover just below you let the tension in your legs and glutes go. then rise up powerful like an explosion to standing. keep rising until you engage your abs and glutes to stand straight to attention. repeat. go as many rounds as you can in a way that leaves energy and supplies motivation to do it again the next day.
