Tramadol alternative for PE?

I‘ve had some good success with Tramadol. 100mg is usually my sweet spot to have longer lasting sex, but without having issues to ejacuate.

I noticed two thing with Tramadol though:

I feel the opiate and have the typical feeling of an opiate high. It’s not extremely strong, but I still feel high.
There is a tolerance build up.

I usually take Tramadol every 2 or 3 weeks once, max. twice.

Is there an alternative to Tramadol with similar efficiency, which I could try as well? I tried Dapoxetine and it just delayed my ejacuaction for like 5 minutes. With Tramadol I have a really good control.
