22 male. Been prescribed Citalopram for severe PE. I'm usually unable to last more then 15-20 seconds.

Now first I must say that this drug is AMAZING for treating PE. Having going from 20 seconds to 20 minutes the first day I took my dose (10mg) was awesome.

However my appetite is through the fucking roof and I eat like an absolute Pig. Often reaching 7500-8000 calories a day. Yes your read that right. Seven to eight thousand calories in a single day, consistently. And I find if I do not succumb to my appetite, my sleep is greatly impacted and I wake up in the middle of the night wide awake starving and end up cooking my self a large dinner time meal as well as a dessert just to feel "satisfied".

Am I the only one?
