Paroxetine and Tadalafil (HELP)

At 18 I have extreme PE, I can't put on a condom without ejaculating. After some consultations with a Urologist he prescribed Paroxetine and Tadalafil. After reading some of this sub I'm really afraid if I start these meds they end up doing more harm than good.
Sorry, English is not my first language.
What do you think? Should I buy the medicines? I need to get rid of my PE soon, please read my other post.
