As soon as the official patch dropped, the game broke, at least on the playstation. Every other game is lag hell with frames dropping like crazy and my character moonwalking in the same spot / going backwards for every forward step.
The game also just freezes in the loading map screen and even if I log out and back in it won't let me in the game. After wasting 30 minutes or whatever, I get a matchmaking ban for "going AFK" lol. What a fucking joke.
Coupled with the fact that matchmaking hell is very real, it is a complete toss-up whether you win games or not if you're solo queueing. Player base is actually one of the worst in terms of self-awareness. Like I wouldn't even be mad if it is just a lane/my team getting outplayed, but when I am going 25-0 as a jungler but every time I'm not in a lane there's a death on my team and the final team score is 85 - 26 or something ridiculous how am I supposed to carry a team to a win. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. You straight up see STREAMERS who are smurfing unable to carry some of these bot teams.
I was in a decent MMR group (game looked vaguely like the way it was meant to be played), and as soon as the patch dropped, it put 1-2 people who it seems have never picked up a controller in their life going 0-35 every other game. Now I'm in hell, and I see the same absolutely terrible players over and over again and it has really sucked the fun out of the game.
When I am dead and observing some of these teammates, man, wtf. Straight up on console at least the fucking controller AIMS FOR YOU. Yet, it looks like my teammates can't hit minions standing still.
I thought SMITE players were bad, but man, like even streamers are straight up ass when you compare to rest of the MOBA world.
Game had potential and then it decided to shit itself on its official release lol. Deleted the game and will never play again.
