Anyone else having audio issues?

I'm not sure what happened but ever since I have logged in for this patch my audio has been quieted? I'll have all my volume settings set to max and can barely hear the game. Tried resetting my settings and nothing helped. Same thing with or without headphones. And I haven't noticed this with any other game. 🤔
