Fan upgrade for Windows XPS Special Edition with 3060ti and i7-11700?

I recently bought the 3060ti xps and have been looking at different fans to replace the stock cpu fan with. I was debating between the vetroo v5 (around $30) and the noctua u9s (about $60) and was wondering which would be better considering their price points
