A prebuilt for my bro to play COD Modern Warfare(2019)?

My brother wants a prebuilt PC and he doesn't want to build it or have me try to build it. It is very unlikely he will change his mind since he is very stubborn on his ways.

He just want the PC tower as affordable as possible and play COD Modern Warfare 2019 at 60fps at least. He isn't aiming for RTX or the highest quality possible but just a good enough PC to play Modern Warfare smoothly.

His budget is $850, but he wants to get it cheap as possible to save money. He just want to play it smoothly at 60 fps.
