Long story short yall I’m back once again to this sub to ask yall to help pray for me man my life is spiraling pretty bad right now with the way I think and how I talk poorly about myself how I feel due to situations I let take control of me and not being confident towards people especially people I like and it’s affected my work my health and most of all my mental health and I’m asking anyone to pray a simple prayer for me to get my life back I want everything back I want to maintain a healthy positive life the life god intended me to have and to have a positive mindset but I feel lost and hopeless and even now I feel pain and anxiety in my chest I wish god could heal me and my Situation but im just asking for yall blessing
