installer upgraded me to Powerwall Plus and a Powerwall 2. Do i still need an inverter for my solar?
Post Body

so i'm in an interesting situation.

I am doing a SGIP rebate with Swell energy and they are giving me two powerwalls for free. up until yesterday it was two powerwall 2s. I bought 26 400ishw panels (with upto 125w bifacial gain) and was about to buy two growatt inverters.

Yesterday i approved the plans of the batteries and they've changed one of them to be a powerwall plus (so its (1) powerwall and (1) powerwall 2. It looks like the has an inverter that can take solar. so do i no longer even need my own inverter? would there be any benefit to having my own separate inverters?

i want to run as much off solar as possible and get my pge usage / bill as low as possilbe. i'm less worried about grid outage than my monthly bill as the grid seems fairly stable up here in nor cal
