Soooo this is a fun new hobby "my son" is into now....

do the ml toys 775 motors run slower on 18v than the 550 sized motors on the same type battery?

I'm tired of burning up gears and motors so I finally invested in what I hope is the end of "routine maintenance" (ml toys stage 4 kit for dune racer) I've been through 2 motors and 2 first gears in 6 weeks....

I'm just hoping I didn't slow this bad boy down trying to make it more reliable. If so, im going to have to justify buying a bunch of 24v kobalt batteries.
