Can I watch the S3 Ghost finale?

I’m catching up on the spinoffs. I just finished Ghost s3 ep9 and at the end there’s something that seems like it would tie into Force, which I haven’t started yet. (I was planning to start Force once I caught up with Ghost).

Can I watch the s3 finale without worrying about having something spoiled from s1 of Force? Or does that cameo not tie into anything from s1?

(I’m not worried about s2 of Force because that aired after s3 of Ghost so if anything does tie in I’d be watching in order anyway. Basically, if it does tie into Force s2, please don’t spoil it for me)
