How would I start a powershell script for disabling settings in network drivers?

Hey Guys,
i"d like to create a script that I could eventually automate for the company i work for, to disable specific advance property settings for a network adapter, I believe its "realtek network adapter gbe family controller". I did some research and I believe I have to use set-networkadapterproperty in the syntax.
How would I start the syntax if I wanted to disable 3 different features in that specific network adapter. I have no knowledge of power-shell but would like to learn later next year.
