vscode how to expand all aliases in working document

in a script, i typed sleep and it underlines it saying that it's an alias. i realize i have multiple aliases. how can i have vscode replace all aliases in this document with their full command names? and for shortened/aliased/implied parameters (ie: adding -process to | foreach-object {$_} because it's the default parameter used)?
also, is there a way to auto format all the braces to 1TBS or Allman and tab the code properly?
