anyone auto-update their PoSh help files?

howdy y'all,
i vaguely recall someone here mentioning that they had a script that automatically updated their PoSh help files. i can't recall if it was in their profile or run as a task.
does anyone here do that? if so, would you please share your code?
plus, are there any drawbacks to automating that?
