Recursive download mirror site

Hello,
Unfortunately I have no other available options for this except PS.
I am trying to download one of the AlmaLinux mirror sits to my local using PS. I have tried a few things I've found while searching but none of them seem to work. Code examples would be great - I am not a PS expert.
PS is my only option, as I am constrained by limitations within the organization.
Any help would be super appreciated
