Benefits of department having its own premium capacity?

Right now we share a premium capacity with about 8 other groups, probably a total of 800 people. We have been given the green light to get our own premium capacity for your dept. about 100 people.
Assuming cost isn’t a factor, would there be any reason for us not to do this?
Besides separating computing and the space being limited to our group, what are the pros of having your own premium capacity? I’ll take any cons as well.
