PowerBI Maps API Limitations?

Hi, So in my journey to make a map with a very large dataset (thinking 800,000 or so), I keep running into issues of rolling my own with hard API data caps on free services (fair enough). I was using Bing as a back up, but my understanding of the map service in PowerBI is that it uses in and you can only use up to I think 2500 data points at a time. My question is that would there be any other limits on how I use the maps? I appreciate it and sorry if this has already been answered!
