Create a measure that shows 1 if the date is within the last two dates of the date selected in slicer

I want to create a measure that analyzes the max date selected in a slicer. If the date is equal to the max date, or if it is equal to the day prior to the max date, I want to show 1. If not, then 0.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Below is a table of my desired results:
Slicer set to 12/31/2023
