A recruiter reached out to me about multiple open roles, and the salary was laughable. Entry level roles were $38k-45k and their mid/senior role was $60k-75k. They also required fully in person.
For reference, where I currently work, we’re hiring intermediate level at $110K and senior at more than that (probably closer to $130K ), and it’s remote.
Am I out of line thinking entry level roles should be paying closer to the $60K that the recruiter said was mid/senior? Then told me they only had 1 role left when I called them out for their low rates. I’m so confused who is taking a Power BI dev role for so little pay… $38K isn’t even a livable salary anymore.
