Favorite/Bookmark Tag in Powerapps

Can any direct/help me with how to create a favorite tag in Powerapps for different users? I am using a Yes/No SharePoint columns in my List.
I know how to patch record (toggle) between the On-Select of the button, but for one user. I would to do so for multiple users.
