I am looking to group line items on a sharepoint list by a specific column and each unique value in that column. I'd like the user to be able to select each group one at a time, fill out an approval form for action. The form (pdf) would include the unique data value that the group is based off as well as some user input data and then a signature block of some sort. Then the user would hit attach and it attaches it to each line item in the list. The last part would be a power automate function that pushes each group to the material manager for action in an email with the form and a list of each line item which I can do. Does anyone know how to do this and or point me towards a video that could help me?
