I built a power app that grabs a material list in the form of a sharepoint list. I have 10 lists and 10 apps that relate to each warehouse location. The goal of the power app is to allow the use to mark the material for retain or dispose. I have every feature built with 3 combo box filters, a single search box and a gallery that has the ability to allow the user to edit each line. My problem is delegation. The warehouse with the lowest amount of material is 2,500 rows and the largest warehouse has 38,000 row. I find that I am not able to display more than 2,000 rows. I need a workaround to allow the user to view all of their material or at least allow them to see more of there material after they mark retain/donate. What are my options?
