Hi all, I've built a PowerApp that will be used throughout my company which is quite large, As there's a spectrum of awareness on PowerApps and technology in general and from previous experiences of launches, I fear there may be challenges with some of those with lesser tech knowledge understanding how to access the App and complete things such as the Teams Approval that comes through for each app submission to the user's manager.

For these reasons, I've wondered has anyone encountered this and decided to make a companion "how-to" document for the launch? - I've created a PDF one pager but it would interesting to hear how others have approached this. I want to try and simply this as much as possible.
