Another awesome week of comedy at SoulJoel's at SunnyBrook. I caught the tail end of Vic Dibitetto. He was absolutely awesome. If you stayed for late night laughs you were treated to quite the bonus show. Headlined by myself, The Prince of Darkness. Not to brag, I killed so hard that I was fist bumping imaginary people.
Last week the open mic had 26 comics, and a decent amount of audience members. The energy was so good, that we had comedians killing that have never done that well before. Having a real audience makes open mics so much more fun. I'd really like to keep that momentum going into the fall.
We do this every Tuesday. It's free to watch. It's free to perform.
This week hosting things is Jesse Marchese. He's way too cool to have a Facebook. So follow the Crumb ShowPod. His comedy lives up to his podcast name... Crumby and raw and hilarious.
Got a rumbly in your tumbly? Don't sneak off to Wendy's. Gatsby's Pub inside SunnyBrook has you covered. Try the brisket poutine fries it is scrumptious!
Comedy not your thing? There is trivia at the bar, and line dancing in the Great Room.
I hope to see you there.
