Slab technique question: I tried out my first batch of slab mugs, I roled my slabs in a piece of fabric but just noticed today that it leaved small marks of the texture, since it was already leather hard I wasnโ€™t able to smooth it out completely. Do you recommend to sand it after bisque firing?
Post Body

One of the sides of the slab was completely smooth but on the other it had the fabric texture that gave it a โ€œsandyโ€ feel/texture that I think with a bit of sanding after bisque firing would get out completely. How do you go about sanding? Any technique or tips? ๐Ÿ˜Š
