Preparing underglaze from powder (how much water should I add?)

Post Body

Hello, so I am new to pottery and ceramics and I am making some ceramic pieces as we speak. When I went to a local shop to buy some materials I bought some underglazes from Botz but I had to buy specific colors I wanted in powder form (250gr) since they didnโ€™t have ready to use underglazes in those colors. But now I am questioning how much water should I add to the powder, is there some specific ratio I should follow? I donโ€™t want to ruin/waste the powder or donโ€™t mix it well and then when I fire the pieces they look wrong. If anyone has some tips to achieve the right consistency they are very much appreciated ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜Š
