I have been part of a community studio in my neighborhood for one year. Recently I had issues with kiln wash ruining 2 pieces (see my old posts).
Today pink studio glaze from another piece dripped and ruined my piece.
Is this a very common occurrence? Am I overreacting?
The studio is very expensive ($250/mo not including clay or firing fees) and I am wondering if it is worth it to stay or look for an alternative.
Hello! I think it is something that can happen, however if you consider that you pay a lot and do not get a solution from the workshop, or it keeps happening to you, you could look for other options, even ask them how to act if something like this happens.
