Newbie looking to correct posture

Hi! I’ve recently noticed how bad my back looked, I think I have APT and Kyphosis from what I’ve searched. I’m looking to start a daily routine to correct these imbalances, and so far I’ve heard Wall angels and Chin tucks are very important. Would anyone recommend any other key exercises/stretches? Thanks for your help guys
