Quadratus Lumborum pain?

So essentially I have the standard bad posture anterior pelvic tilt and the rounded shoulders. I have a rough idea of what I have to to correct my ATP. basically stretch my hip flexors, quads and lower back and strengthening my core and glutes and hamstrings. While training glutes I feel a pain on what im guessing is my quadratus lumborum, but only on the left side. I'm not sure why this happens and what can I do to resolve this. Any advice is appreciated.
