Anyone else feel like no break is ever enough?
Post Body

11 wpp. Thankfully, I have a MIL who enjoys watching our baby for us, sometimes even overnight. My PPD seems to fluctuate but it feels like it's getting so much worse because now I feel like no break is long enough. Hubs and I will get an entire night to ourselves to spend time together and get decent sleep, but when I get my baby girl back, I feel like I need another break later that same day because she's particularly challenging. Does anyone else feel this way? I read that this is a key indicator of PPD.
