New father with Wife going through PPD any advice would be appreciated
Post Body

My wife and I just welcomed our first child. We have been home for 12 days now and my wife is starting to suffer from PPD. She is on leave so she is home with our baby all day. I can tell she is depressed and sad and last night she told me she was not doing well but would not say anything else. I have been doing everything I can to help out. I make sure when I am home I feed the baby, I am up with the baby all night (when it is feeding time). I am am looking for some advice in regards to anything else I can do to help. I am thinking about having my wife talk to her OB or someone and see if there is something else we can do. I love her and don't want to see her like this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
