After the fall of the Maitreya and his bandit kingdom, the State of Tibet had to begin a a period of reconstruction and redevelopment. The failure of the bandit kingdom and the vast abuses of government funds have all led to a distrust in the government, even though the State of Tibet is a completely new governmental entity. In order to have Tibet reach a state of development and modernisation needed for prosperity, a new government committee had to be formed with a vast budget. Thus, The Committee For National Redevelopment (CNR) has formed and given a budget of $37,500,000 to develop the State of Tibet and ensure new industry, farm lands, and mines are built.

New government sponsored companies have been formed to help the development of Tibet, they are:

• The Lhasa Construction Company (Infrastructure, Construction)
• Earth-Jewel Farming Incorporated (Farming, Food Production)
• Potala Proprietary Limited (Stock Markets, Market Manipulation)
• Tibetan Central Bank (Banking)
