With the assassination of the Maitreya and his Bodhisattvas the armies of the bandit-king had scattered and remained in mountain holdouts, vastly disconnected from the rest of Tibet. Without the armies to enforce the law of the Maitreya, the Central Tibetan Administration was able to push the offensive and re-establish law and order within the country. The Central Tibetan Administration has declared the establishment of the State of Tibet, a hybrid state that adheres to traditional Tibetan rulership as well as representing the democratic values of the people.

The First Tibetan Elections
The Tibetan elections would be a very interesting one as the Central Tibetan Administration had been built up from multiple different groups each with their own views on how Tibet should be ruled. Because of this there has been Free Tibet Army soldiers watching the polling booths to ensure that no political party will try and intimidate the Tibetan people.
The Royalist Party:
The Royalist Party is made up of the Gelug Schools and Red Hat schools, as well as various monarchist supporters. They are the most loyal towards the Wangchuck Dynasty and consider Tibet to be an integral part of the Thunder Dragon Empire. The Royalist Party consider the support of Theocracy, Tibetan Traditionalism, and Buddhism to be of the highest importance.
The Free Tibet Alliance:
The Free Tibet Alliance is made up of veterans of the Free Tibet Army who did the majority of the fighting in the uprising against the Maitreya and his bandit army. The Free Tibet Alliance is predominantly focused upon the development of Tibet to a modern nation as well as the enfranchisement of the entire country. The most important values to the Free Tibet Alliance are Republicanism, Tibetan Nationalism, and Liberalism.
The Tibetan Communist Party:
The Tibetan Communist Party is one of the oldest groups within Tibet excluding the various monasteries. The Tibetan Communist Party is one of the most divisive groups and is largely opposed to the entire foundations of Tibet and thus are largely unpopular. The goals of the Tibetan Communist Party are to establish a Marxist-Leninist People's Republic and thus their support is mainly focused upon Marxism-Leninism, and Proletarian Internationalism.
The Four Schools Bon:
This party is not really a party but merely the spiritual leaders of Tibet being able to have a say within their government. Each of the Four Schools and the Bon religion elect their own representatives to send into the Tibetan Parliament.
