The Honorable Constituency of Bhutan, or to whomever it may concern,

It has come to the attention of the Druk Gyalpo that many political actors within Bhutan, particularly that of the socialist left which headed the collapse of the prior monarchy, have been actively protesting the reinstallation of the Wangchuck Dynasty in Bhutan and Burma. Such minor factions, though unimportant and weak in the eyes of the Thunder Dragon Emperor, have been cordially noted as terrorist organizations by the dynasty, and all future interactions with such factions will be met by the dynasty with swift and effective retaliation, as was done with left organizations such as the Laymen’s Organization in Popa.

For those who find themselves in positions of power within the nations of Bhutan and Burma and do not claim to be a member of the silent minority that is the socialist left of Bhutan and Burma, the Druk Gyalpo cordially invites you or your delegations to his majesty’s imperial address, which will take place in early January of next year. Those who attend will be recognized as landholders of Bhutan, and will therefore be granted a respective title by the Druk Gyalpo himself after the ceremony. Until then, however, we recommend you remove all facets of leftism from your courts and cabinets, as the enemies of the state cannot be permitted to interact with the most honorable future nobility of the Thunder Dragon Empire.
