With the army having been restructured and with Fife having the best infrastructure across the isles, normalcy was finally returning to Scotland. While power, sewage, and water were fully restored, the roads fully paved (or close to it) and with each locale getting its relative share of government institutions, the time had come to export the reintroduction of civilization to the rest of Scotland, while at the same time providing vital investments into facilitating trade and agriculture.
With King Angus being confirmed as the true King of Scotland, one such focus on solidifying his claim would be the sorry stare of affairs that is currently Argyll. Once ruled by a 'noble' government, the region collapsed into petty warlordism and city-states. Fife has an obligation, not only for Scotland, but for the honor and dignity that comes from being a civilized Scot, proud of their country!
