Post Body

After the success of last year's program, the Kinner government has decided to continue Jerusalem's foreign investment and charity fund. Choosing to fund it $30 million more than last year, this is seen as an attempt to sway the dovish, internationalist voterbase of the Labour Free Party

The Heaven on Earth Investment Fund

Yearly pool (2135): $120,000,000

Conditions:

  1. Money will be given out holistically in the form of one-time grants with no expectation of repayment.

  2. Countries must outline the uses of the money in the application process [a paragraph below this post]. These uses must benefit people of the British Isles in some form and cannot go towards violent or repressive measures.

  3. Governments receiving the money must have a framework for equitably distributing the benefits of the grant in a representative manner, the most straightforward example being a full democratic system.

  4. Governments receiving the money must recognize the sovereignty of Jerusalem and all Association states and respect the economic freedoms of their citizens to trade, do business, etc. in the government's territories.

Applications will be reviewed in a couple month's time.
