In the lands of Argyll under the rulership of Clan MacDougall there was discontent between the ruling Highland Clans and the average Gael that was ruled over by them. Many of the Highlanders supported the Clans and their ancestral right to the land but many of the Gaelic citizens of Argyll detested the monarchy. A small group of intellectuals made up of Gaelic ex-servicemen met in secret and formed a society known as the "Siol nan Gaidheal" or the Seed of the Gaels. This secret society was dedicated to the uplifting of Gaelic peoples and the revival of the Folkic traditions of Scotland and the Gaelic and Scots languages. The Siol nan Gaidheal seeks to liberate the Scottish people from the worst excesses of English/British Cultural Imperialism and believes that English people resident in Scotland will integrate into and make a full contribution to the greater community of Scotland. As of now the movement only has a small but radical group of undercover revolutionaries, most likely numbering at only a few hundred.

The Siol nan Gaidheal

Ideology: Anti-Capitalism, Anti-Communism, Anti-Monarchism, Anti-English Sentiment, Ultranationalism, Military Interests, Republicanism.

Leader: Unknown, hinted to be a high ranking Highland General.

The group has been seen putting up posters with a list of demands for Clan MacDougall:

1. The Destruction of the Clan System
2. The Destruction of the Capitalist System in Argyll
3. Unity Between Gaels
4. The Establishment of a Military Council to Oversee the Country
5. Fair Elections Once the Council has Deemed it Appropriate
6. To Safeguard and stimulate a third Scottish Renaissance
7. The Imprisonment of Clan Officials for Crimes Against the Gaelic People
8. The Creation of a State-Planned System
9. A Revival of Scottish Art and Culture
10. An Acceleration of Society to Reach it's Zenith

The demands have been described as outlandish and impossible to accept by Clan MacDougall officials, however some Gaelic citizens have secretly spoke about their support for the Siol nan Gaidheal and pro-SNG graffiti has popped up across the numerous cities of Argyll.
