The United States of Sinai had been exiled to Matrouh by the dastardly People’s Republic of Sinai who own Sinai proper, obviously before a war can be waged against them the USS would have to gain enough resources and manpower to fund such a war. The first step would be to reclaim Northern Egypt so that the citizens there know there is someone there looking out for them and help bring liberty and democracy to the region. The Northern Egyptians were mere tribes of Islamist groups that had established small warlord states based under Sharia and various Emirates. These Islamist groups were largely anti-USS and had engaged in terrorist attacks before in small numbers due to the secularism of the USS which they call an “Affront to Allah”. A leading cleric in the area had called for Jihad against the USS and after an infamous suicide bombing attack which killed over 30 people, the USS had enough. USS armed forces pushed into the regions across the sea using C-47 Skytrains to paradrop into the area. Smaller forces coming from transport ships also landed in the area with assistance from small destroyers who would bombard the enemy positions.

The start of this “War on Terror” ended up with the land-based territories being controlled by USS forces in which they begun to liaison with local elders as well as establish a local anti-terrorism brigade that would be trained and armed by the USS. A policy of “Hearts and Minds” will begin as well, trying to let the locals that the USS was not there to destroy their way of life, but merely to help stabilise and bring rule of law to fruition. The local military in these northern provinces, known as the “Farafra National Guard” will also be trained with the assistance of the USS due to their poor performance and even letting terrorists take control over their country.
