The Kirovograd Assembly has put together a plan to invest in the region immediately surrounding Kirovograd, as well as the Kiev Dnieper Corridor, in order to improve industrial production, as well as further facilitate oil and gas production and export.

Rozkishny has approved of the bill, despite fears that he is only helping his current rivals - the Oil Concerns. Investing in the economic output of the Home Region, he feels, gives him the upper hand, as Rozkishny is a popular figure in this region in all facets of life, and all strata of society. Every man, from the industrial workers, to the cossacks, to the oil executives, revere - or at least, respect - Rozkishny, and in the event of any sour events, would gladly back Rozkishny.

Rozkishny has appointed a close political ally, Kazymyr Chibirev to oversee the development project. Chibirev is a railway man, and quite fond of trains. He will put an emphasis on improving the economic output of the region, by investing in rail infrastructure.
