With the Bila-Uman meeting with Rozkishny occuring in the nearby town of Khmelnytskyi, it was hoped that The Lady Otaman, Nadiya Yakov, would slow the expansion of her realm, lest she grow too powerful to be contained by the Kirovograd Assembly. Unfortunately for Rozkishny and the Assembly, Yakov has called his bluff, and has moved into the Upper Dniester region.
Although the region is intruded upon by the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains, the gentle rivers (primarily the Dniester), and flat, arable land has made the area a particularly interesting region for the newly-established Dushka, which has poured a wealth of resources into the region, and into the pockets of Lady Yakov.
Dushka working with Yakov, who has just called the bluff of Chairman Rozkishny, has the Polye wondering as to the future of the region, and how the Chairman aims to respond.
